Ingredients:

  •     1 pinch of black tea leaf powder
  •     One pinch of carom seeds
  •     One pinch of Nigella seeds (kalonji)
  •     Spearmint
  •     Herbygrass leaves (Sadhaab)

Procedure: To make the herbal tea for weight loss:
  •     Add 1 pinch of black tea leaves powder in the pan of boiling water.
  •     After this, add one pinch of carom seeds.
  •     Next, add one pinch of Nigella seeds.
  •     Now, add spearmint.
  •     After this, add herbygrass leaves (Sadhaab).
  •     Mix these ingredients and give one boil.
  •     Turn off the stove and weight loss tea is ready now.
  •     Add some lemon and mint for good taste.

How to Use:

Do not strain the tea and take the tea after your breakfast for weight loss. Use this tea for weight loss for 3 months daily and get rid of your extra weight.
